    Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to view my post.

I am currently working in fund administration and am looking to move into retail banking as a trainee financial adviser.

Here are a few questions that I need to answer before I can be sure about this career choice:

Are you expected to leverage your personal network in conjunction with the retail banks clientele. Is this a major factor for ensuring success?

Are the sales targets strict? What percentage of new hires are kept on?

What would the first six month look like in the job? What is the key skill needed to be successful?

    Are hires expected to travel?

    Thanks for your help
