Builder Wanted

    Hi Folks,

    I'm looking for contact details of any builders that you think would be interested in the following.

    Build extension to existing house - downstairs bedroom with disabled ensuite.
    Roughly about 20 square metres.
    Located in Killybegs

    I've contacted several builders, all said they were interested and would give quote on drawings sent, or would come to collect the drawings; to date have only received one quote and it was alot more than we were expecting it to be, given the size of the build required.
