Hi all, A family member bought a 2010 ford fiesta style a few months back and every now and then the radio unit won't switch on at all. Other times then it works as normal. Has anyone experienced this before and if so how to solve it?

A family member bought a 2010 ford fiesta style a few months back and every now and then the radio unit won't switch on at all. Other times then it works as normal.

Has anyone experienced this before and if so how to solve it?
