External Tap Installation

Had an extension built onto the house a few years ago that built over the only external tap. Looking to get another installed for some gardening.

Anyone know is it a big job to get another installed? Would you ring a plumber or a builder? Doesn't need to be attached to the house itself just anywhere really. House is a detached in a housing estate.

It's a job for a plumber or anyone you might know who is good at DIY.
