I tried to install a F2000 modem yesterday to replace a failing F1000
I ran into the following message.

    Confirm

"You attempt to set Internate to Link Up Set Refresh interval to regain
    WAN connection status"

                                                                   Cancel    OK

Does anyone know what this means, eir technical support were baffled !

Finally solved the F1000 only need 100Base-T cat wiring.

However the F2000 needs a fully populated cable.

Therefor the F2000 could not see the fibre termination box.

Solution KN had to replace the existing fibre to F2000 router cabling
before the F2000 could communicate with the fibre box.

Which means a direct swap from the F1000 to the F2000 depends
whether or not the original cat 5 cable was fully connected  !
