Wall Mounted TV Question

but I've got a radiator cover for that which will push heat away from the TV.

I'm thinking about putting timber floor in the wall so to do that I'm gonna lat the walls with 2x1s and put the timber floor on them - I can leave space for the TV bracket, etc.

There is a press on the left of the picture which I can put skybox, dvd player, etc. into.

    Now, my questions are. . . .

1: If I recess the TV back to be level with the new timber wall will the sound be muffled and would I need to get some speakers?

2: Will there be any heat issues from the TV if I recess it back into the wall?

3: Will the skybox work through the new timber wall if I put it into the press without opening the doors.

I'm sure there are more questions as well but I just can't think of them at the minute

    1: yes probably

2: not if you leave a gap around the tv

    3: no

Measure how far the TVs comes out from the wall at the moment, it's more than 2 inches
