UPS delivery no update in a week?

    Hi all

    I had a parcel ordered 20th December and it was sent that morning and arrived in Tamworth GB 21st for arrival scan but had no update since. Now I'm sure over Christmas the higher volume meant stuff would take longer but thought it should it should have updated by now. Does anyone have any experience of this, or contacting ups for an update?

    What service was it sent with?
    What is/ was your delivery date estimate?


    Even with Christmas you should have had that delivered already. I would give them a call in the morning.

    What's your estimated delivery time. I have one with departure scan on 24 from Tamworth. No update since. Its due by end of day tomorrow. There will be a bit of a backlog I'd say

    3-6 working days by standard delivery from the 20th, I expected delays but for it not to update since the 21st was weird, I'll be ringing rhem in a sec.
