I'm trying to help out a friend here. He was given an Argos voucher and wants to splurge on a headset for his PS4 Pro he got for Christmas.

Anyway. He wants a premium headset and my suggestion of the official 7.1 headset was shot down. :pac:

He's torn between the two and I figured I'd ask you guys. Obviously people will have their preferences as with most things but he wants to know which headset has the better:

    Bass
    Customisation (EQ settings)
Connectivity (Bluetooth - Taking phone calls whilst playing)
    Battery life

    Thoughts?

I had the Elite 800's and now have the new A50's. The Astro's blow them away. That's all you need to know.

I had older A50's and they were grand but switched to wired A40's which had the mix amp specifically for the PS4, if I was going wireless again I would definitely go for the Astro A50's as the sound and build quality are brilliant!
