What is it now a death-a-day until new year?

Ah poor Nana Royle. Hard to believe she outlived Caroline Ahern.

Between the Royle Family and The Vicar of Dibley she gave me plenty of laughs anyway.

Freaky. I only checked last night to see if she was still alive after watching an episode of the Royale Family.

    RIP Liz.

    That funeral episode was great.

"So what were her last words?"

    "Trevor MacDonald."

"Oh, what a fitting tribute to the man."

Someone told me Donald Trump died there a while ago. Could you check for me?

    Fair play. Thanks a million

Edit: dammit, totally beaten to it!

The mother had a cousin/aunt (??) Who live to like 110 or something and she hated (maybe too strong a word) it as all her friends etc were long dead

Bet it won't. We'll all be doing the countdown on Saturday night, getting ready to sing Auld Lang Syne, but 2016 will refuse to stop. That's just the sort of thing 2016 would do.

She was a great character actress with epic comedy timing.

Nana on the royal family was just perfectly performed as were any of the other characters she played over the years.

    RIP Liz.

Saw her in an episode of Last Of The Summer Wine and she was fantastic. Loved her in The Vicar Of Dibley with her fabulous cakes like orange cake with Branston pickle icing. She was brilliant in The Royle Family too. I loved the episode when she had her cataracts removed. They took the cataract out but left the sparkle in:) May she Rest In Peace.
