    It was a pre record. They mentioned before it and Ronan Collins said it after as the reason why George Michael's death wasn't mentioned.

    Radio in Ireland over Christmas was generally boring and some of the subs were awful On New Year's Eve most automate after 6pm - disgraceful in my view

    Heard Ciara Kelly on this morning on NT with George Hook and some other voices that I can not identify. But they sounded familiar. I think it was on from 8-9 or 9-10 but I was wondering if that had been prerecorded?. She did mention a few times 'good morning, it's NY Day' and so on.

    They were talking about new years resolutions, sport etc. Same old. Same old. It came across as tired and run of the mill. Why would any of them bother coming into the studios on NY day to rehash same old tired stories? Same old arguments.
