M11 Gorey Services Still no sign of opening

Anyone have any idea what's happening with the m11 gorey services? it's been sitting empty and unopened for the last 3 years now. Seems a terrible waste to build it and then not open it. All the street lights are lit up there every night and everything. Think I remember reading before topaz was meant to go in but then…
