Dead Echo - Support

i got an Echo in the US a few months and it was going great until this week Alexa will not come alive,, not sure if its the motherboard or power adapter so i was thinking of ringing Amazon support but wonder will i have an issue been based in Ireland. Or has anyone know of a miracle cure :)
