Having been aware of the `targeted individual` phenomenom for some time now , was intrigued to discover this Youtube channel :

It is a series of highly disturbing accounts of orchestrated and organised round the clock psychological abuse , aka `gang stalking` . Of use of sophisticated technology to remotely monitor and surveil , and of the use of DEW or directed energy weapons , microwave attack abuse etc .

Seemingly connected to this are the hidden and long running `MK ultra` type programs , experimenting on & abusing selected civilians in the population . It is in short a dystopian agenda and Orwell on proverbial steroids , for those individuals targeted !!

This is also indistinguishable from people having mental issues and there being no conspiracy.
The sad thing is there is no convincing people who believe they are being targeted otherwise. If you try to convince them that the problems might be psychological, then you become part of the conspiracy, which reinforces their belief. There are long list of sites where these stories are shared and passed around, so anyone who gets this idea in their head becomes even more convinced. And on top of it credulous conspiracy theorist enable this, probably allowing for more psychological issues simply because the fantasy of the conspiracy tickles them.
I think the whole situation is just plain sad.

I am not sure why you think these claims have merit.
Are all people who claim to be targeted, genuinely being targeted?
If not, how do you tell the difference?
If so, then how do you explain the literal millions of people it would take to be involved in such an operation?

Oh and also, that channel talks about "Scalar weapons" which are entirely fictional.

Even claims there is a known cure for cancer which is being mis-used to abuse them.
