Dash lights staying on in Renault Fluence and radio not working

    Hi I have had the same problem, i notice the radio was not staying on the station and cutting in and out this has been happening on and off for the past while. Tonight my dash lights will not turn off and the battery is running low. Will try disconnecting the battery and see if this helps. thanks for the post they were a great help.

    Disconnect battery for at least 20 mins. Bring it to Renault and ask them to update the software. If your car is under 5 years old, they should do this under warranty.
    I have never had this problem again since my software update. You would imagine that Renault would check for updates at each service and do the update during the service.
