I'm 5'9 and it's grand..anywhere in that region I would say.

Where are you based? I won't lie, I think it is slightly too small for me but if its close would love to pop round to confirm.

Cool. I'm in Stoneybatter , but I won't have bike there until early next week, probably Monday (it's in my parents at the moment). Will let you know when it's home!

From the above the 54 has a 55 top tube so it should suit someone riding a 56 road bike.

I'm a rough man on rear wheels and don't want to be bothered buying/building more wheels.

Much use on bike, it looks spotless.

Lads, I'll have the bike back in my house on the 26th so I'll take some more pictures then to give you a better idea of condition etc.

@ford2600 - it's had precisely 3420.8 km of use according to strava ;-) Can't really comment on the wheels except to say they've given me no hassle. Then again I am 60kg so don't tend to have issues with wheels.
