    Hi

I work in Northern Ireland but reside in the Rep of Ireland.  I plan on renting on my property in Republic of Ireland and still residing in another property in Rep of Ireland.

My question is am I still eligible for all rental income tax reductions such as 75% of interest, PRTB fee etc?

    Thanks

Yes as you are liable to pay income tax in the South on the rental property
