    Last year you couldn't move for them. Irish Mammy swears as son doesn't get out of bed, Irish Mammy shocked as son does well in exams, Irish Mammy surprised as son buys her expensive present. None really relevant to the Mammy at all, all designed to show the son in the best light, gas craic, full of bants, but yet loves his Mammy. Thus increasing his popularity amongst female friends on Facebook...apart from those with a modicum of perception and awareness of course.

    Are we over the worst of them?
