These are all great posters. Well most of them anyway. ;)

tang1 gets my vote. The man is a terrific runner and his analysis of his own training and performances is always honest and insightful. But more importantly, he contributes to A/R in an unfailingly positive and inclusive way, very supportive of anyone who makes a genuine effort, regardless of level of experience or ability. Organises real world meet-ups too - the canal run earlier this year was a great example, and typically B was the first one to drop back when one runner began to struggle with the pace. A true gent and a real asset to the A/R community.

Big plus 1 to all that :)

Love TBL too, for many reasons & Myles keeps us all on the straight & narrow., not sure if I'd know a quarter of the things I do without his wisdom! Nop did a great job on the novices thread. A tough decision, all worthy people but it'll be tang for me too :)

Ah, he's not the worst of them, I suppose:)

Racism is now hiding behind the cloak of Community activism.

This one was a really tough choice. I know I'm not that long around here but there were a few posters there that I'd have happily voted for and actually felt guilty that I could only pick one.

    Bloody disgrace.

It would be unfair to put other people against you. You'd landslide it.
