Approve phone after Apple update

    Hi guys
    Anyone know how to bypass this.
    I accidentally enabled two factor security on the last update. I only use an iPhone so I do not have another device to approve my phone accessing iCloud data.
    I signed in on my work machine and nothing popped up. Furthermore I can't disable two factor security until I complete this part
    Thanks and looking forward to your help
