I cant connect my phone via USB to my W8.1 laptop

    My new King 7 phone has "media tek helio x10 2.0 (MT6795)" yet I see windows installed MT65xx Preloader in device manager with a queston mark in the icon. My issue is I cant connect my phone via USB to my W8.1 laptop.
