Here's a simplified schematic of my heating.

Nothing sinister, really easy to understand.

Here's how it was wired... took me most of a day to trace it all through the various junction boxes..

Just thought I'd share it as an example of how to complicate a simple circuit into something obscure and hard to maintain.

The reason I did it is the valve aux contacts that switch the boiler and pump have failed several times and I want to put in some contactors / relays instead.
