Which city hotels host debs please?

    Folks, our local school is finding it hard to get a Galway city hotel to host their debs next summer.
    Any suggestions please?
    They've been declined by the Radisson, G, Menlo Park and Harbour.
    Surely all the Galway schools hold their debs in town, no?

    You'll more than likely have to bus it to somewhere like Gort. I know Sullivans used to entertain city debs or grad dances for years. Or someone else in say Athenry may take the booking. Expect a sizeable deposit demand.

    The Shearwater in Ballinasloe seems to be very popular for Deb's. Have heard of schools going from city/Loughrea/Claremorris to the Shearwater.
