I have a warmflow oil boiler it won't start unless I press the rest button. When it cuts out it won't start unless you press the reset button, I have cleaned the filters and bleed it but its still the same, any advice, thanks David.

Are talking about the red light button on the burner control box?

About all you can try is giving the photo cell a wipe.
    Lots if oil?
    Long ago since service?

    sounds like a capacitor issue

Would the pump be causing the problem? My oil boiler kept tripping out and restting and it was the pump which was causing this.Just a thought

another possibility tight spot on the pump will run ok until it stops

when it cools a little it will fire again and the cycle goes on

funny thing with oil boilers so many things can cause the same symptom

when you reset it does it start every time, how long does it run for when it starts.
