Chistmas Payment

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I picked up my payment from the post office this morning. On my receipt it says paid up until December 27th, so my question is when will I get the payment for the week of the 27th? Rang social welfare and they said the next payment is 3rd of January.
Just to add, it was my first payment and was due a couple of weeks back pay so wasn't really sure how much I was due, but don't think I got a double payment for this week.
I really hope this makes sense!

You got paid for this week and next week. There isn't another payment until January like they said. It's the same for everyone.

what makes you think you didn't get right amount ?

Does someone on casual dockets get it . My girlfriend handed in the rest of her dockets for the year and didn't get a double week

Think casual dockets get two weeks payment this Friday and don't recieve anything again until 10th January .

That's my case I think. Although what about Jan 3rd? Isn't that the next Tuesday?

On a bank holiday you can usually lift it on the Saturday so you should be able to lift it January 31st as post office is closed on the Monday ?

Social welfare payments always run a week behind. So the payment for the week of the 3rd comes through on the Jan 10th payment.
