Player used to play for a club, hasnt played or been a member for about year and a half, junior stuff. works in dublin, doesnt live in dublin, still lives in parish, training with a club in dublin to get fit, want to play next year. Is there a period of time that if you havent played for your club you dont need a transfer?

He must get a transfer even if he hasn't played for a number of years.

Note: Certain windows for transfer between clubs in the same county. Inter county transfers can be done at any time.
