Is it commonage you are buying/renting?

I know the price of commonage now is around 300 an acre to buy. It took a big jump when the young farmers scheme came out because of the free entitlements, but once that was removed it from the scheme the price is heading back to normal levels.

Usually commonage is tied to inside land and commonage shares.
