I got a voucher in post for "€16.99" two weeks ago as the free gift.

"Bought" Supersonic the Oasis film, downloaded and watched a couple of nights later, brilliant"

DVD will then sit in my complete Oasis collection so I'm happy enough with that!

Thought this was too good to be true. Went to use my voucher to be told "this voucher has already been redeemed" which, obviously, it hasn't. Hardly worth all the hassle to try and follow up on it. Sky make it very very hard to contact them.

Just buy the movie you want now and the voucher will take affect

    Same thing happened to me

They make it very easy, there's a thread on the Sky talk to forum, just PM them. It's the same amount of hassle as posting here about it.

Worked fine with the credit in my account, despite not being able to redeem the voucher.

Gladiator bought and on the way.

    Thanks for the help folks.

Lads, how do you watch the movie/tv show on your sky box? Does it just download automatically? I bought House of Cards this morning but in my planner under purchases all I see is 'There are no programmes of this type'.

You need to hit the "send to sky box" option on the sky store website I think
