Fault Logged

    Hi there, 

    I had a fault logged last Wednesday and was told I would have an update in a day or two.

    We still have not heard anything. This was after doing the modem reset and no DSL light coming back on the modem. The phone is working but not internet due to a fault on the line apparently.

    Can you provide and update on this if I sent you my details?

    Also is there a refund facility for non provision of services during this time?
