Nest - heat water separately to heat?

Got a nest (3) installed and so far seems to be working quite well, however I've just realised I can't turn on water separately anymore.

We used to have an old style time clock with two separate switches and I know there's two valves on the pipes.

    Any ideas? Is something midwired?

Can you see the option in the app? Might not be set up at all
