Hiding tv wires

I have brought a new tv. I may hang it on the wall. How would I hide the wires as the wall concrete blocks?

I just use some white plastic trunking, you can buy t in electrical wholesalers for about €3 a length, and it comes with a sticky back so you don't need to drill.
