Vodafone poor customer care

    Since September I reported a fault with my landline I have broadband and telephone package the problem is that I can make calls
    but can't receive them there is no ring tone I reported this to Vodafone four times they said that the engineer would come out to date nobody has turned up,when I asked for a rebate on my charge they said that the fault has to be rectified first. I am now considering cancelling my 18 month contract did anyone else have this problem with Vodafone? Many thanks .
