Coca Cola stains on walls

What is the best way to get rid of coke stains on a wall. The stain came through after painting over it so I need something to clean it off first.

I'm guessing you'd have to remove the coat of paint to clean the stain. Try using a coat of oil based paint as an undercoat instead. Then use the regular paint.
