How long it takes Irish Water to update clients details?

    Hi,

    I've called to tell Irish Water I am moving house. After going through all automated questions, once I've got in touch with a person, I've been asked again the same details I've already use the phone keypad to introduce (WPRN and account number). Why are you asked the same think twice?
    Anyway, the customer service guy seems not to be sure how and what to do, put me on hold few times, then he told me all is changed. However, today I've logged in and the same details appears on my account.

    How long it takes irish Water to update the details and be visible in MyWater?

    It can take between 24 and 48 hours for customer's details to be updated on MyWater. If your details still haven't updated after this time, please let us know and we can follow up on this for you.

    We ask that customers verify the account information they originally submitted once they get through to us. This is for data protection reasons.

    Thanks for your message.

    In order for us to look into this for you, would you mind confirming the following details via PM:

    - Your full name;
    - Address of the property;
    - Your Account number or WPRN; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.
