Ron603, rather than just link to a site with lots of photos the usual thing is to post an image or two here on boards for constructive criticism. You will likely get a better response.

I have had a look through your images on that link.

What I can see is that you have a passion for photography but there are quite a few problems. We have all been there and know the frustration.
Some of your images are quite good. I particularly like the Kings Cross Station shot. The strengths here is that you have filled the frame with the image and the geometry is quite pleasing. If it were my shot I would look at a slight crop to remove some distractions and probably starighten the verticals on the left of frame.

There are quite a few "Belly Button" shots (everyone has got one) in your stream. There is nothing wrong with that but they may not be the best to showcase your work.

The two things which would give you the best boost would be to learn about composition and exposure.

When composing an image there are certain things which will make the image more visually appealing. I did notice that many of your images have the subject in a central position. This can work but invariably it does not make the strongest composiition. There are also many things in your frames which serve no purpose. Getting rid of distractions will concentrate attention on the subject.

Learning about exposure will help you gain more control of the process and get helps produce technically better images.

After that then learning about post production and work flow will help to lift images.

As pointed out you can post up some individual shots for people to give a critique. You may also consider joining a local camera club where you will be able to learn how to improve.
