Hi everyone,

Hope to find you all well. I am creating this new topic because I am a beginner in this area and I would like to know if the following portfolio allocation strategy makes sense.

My goal is to invest in a long-term perspective (30-40 years) and I don't plan to withdraw these funds anytime soon.

I am also planning to invest in EU-based index ETFs which accumulate dividends instead of distributing them across the year.

I set such requirement because I will be investing from Portugal and I want to avoid losing a lot of my future income in taxes.

I would like to move forward with the following allocation:
- 65% equity
- 20% debt
- 15% REITs

1) For the equity part, I plan to invest 70% in the US market and 30% in emerging markets.

These are the ETFs that I might invest in to cover the US market. I would like to pick one amongst these two:
- iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF (link)
- db x-trackers MSCI USA Index UCITS ETF (DR) 1C (link)

I only found this ETF for the emerging markets:
- iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI UCITS ETF (link)

2) For the bonds, I plan to invest 10% in short-term ETF bonds and 10% in P2P Lending platforms (that one is already taken care).

These are the bond ETFs that I found. I would like to pick one of them:
- db-xtrackers Eurozone Government Bond UCITS ETF (DR) 1C
- iShares Euro Inflation Linked Government Bond UCITS ETF
- Lyxor UCITS ETF EuroMTS 3-5Y Investment Grade (DR) EUR

3) For the REITs, this is what I've found and I would like as well to pick one of them:

- Amundi ETF FTSE EPRA Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF
- db x-trackers FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe Real Estate UCITS ETF (DR) 1C

4) Does this allocation make sense? Which ETFs would you choose? If not any of them, which other ones would you choose instead?

Thanks for the help in advance!
