    Or if anyone could identify a different brand of toilet that would work, or somewhere in North Dublin where I could measure a few jacks (weird past time eh?). Kinda need to order ASAP to get it in before the holidays.

    If there isn't, can you not make a little more space between the wall and the toilet to get it to work (by putting some timber behind the tank perhaps)?

    Ya, thats the plan. It was the vertical clearance I was more concerned with. Again, the batten will improve the clearance here too given the angles involved.

    Yep, it should work. If you move it forward enough, there will surely be room. I would get the wc and see if you can check it before taking it out of its wrapping.
