Hi.as a new entrant and as someone who will be depending on national reserve(unlikely for 2o17)I'm just wondering is the anc payment linked to the sfp.ie if I don't qualify sfp can I get the anc payment?would be a lease on Hill commonage 30 ha or so plus 10 ha of grassland.any info be great lads.thanks.
