Vodafone 4g mobile wifi connecting to printers, routers etc

Just got set up with a 4g mobile wifi router R216. I want to be able to connect it to my router (Linksys E1200) as the router is connected to printers and other items. I am reading about DDWRT. If I can figure out how to do it, is flashing my modem with DDWRT this the way to go or is there an easier way?

    Thanks

You could use a wireless bridge, but dont. You're taking the wrong approach.

Dont use either of those devices, either get a real LTE router from Vodafone or buy your own (B593).

Brilliant, hadn't seen those. I'll order a Huawei Unlocked E5186. You are you reasonably confident it will with with the Vodafone 4g sim "Red MBB Super" plan?

It should automatically work upon inserting your Vodafone mobile broadband SIM. If it needs the APN settings, the APN is 'hs.vodafone.ie' and username and password fields can be left blank.

The only issue I heard with changing router is that Vodafone sometimes turns off 4G on the SIM, even when placed back in the original device. If this happens, you'll need to ask Vodafone to re-enable 4G.
