Where is the best breakfast around Wicklow Town?

As the thread suggests, where do you think the best breakfast is in or around the Wicklow Town area? My hubby has found full Irish breakfast in many places lacking. For instance, he feels for a tenner a full should include sausage, bacon, pudding, egg, toast, beans, and hashbrown. Any places you know of that fit the bill?
