Order not shipped

    Sorry this has probably been asked before....I ordered last week from amazon France...order placed ok but it has yet to be shipped or payment has not been taken it's now 5 days ...expected delivery date is the 19th ...I understand it's Christmas but is it normal to wait this long before shipping...I sent email yesterday but no reply yet...it's a last minute xmas gift

    I've been ordering from Amazon UK for many years, especially at Christmas, and have never seen them this bad.

    Hit and miss. Maybe your order is awaiting their next shipment to Ireland. Bundle them together on one manifest to make it cheaper.

    I ordered something from the UK last night with free delivery and it shipped thorough an post at 4am.

    Get onto chat and ask them to upgrade your shipping for free.

    Uk site is fine but it's my first time ordering from France...I will get back onto them ...i paid for the fast delivery 🙄 Thanks

    If you paid extra for delivery it should get here on the date specify, might come UPS, DHL, etc I ordered couple of Items from Amazon Spain couple of weeks ago, both items got shipped from UK, with an anpost tracking number. So your items might come from UK too.
