So in my stupidity today, in an effort to hyper-charge my sleeping Tough Solar I left it beside an exposed 40w bulb for 2 hours. The glass has melted to the face of the watch. Never seen anything like it before. What a complete forking dufus I am!! And I was just saying how well it had kept over the years of abuse.
Shocked and Gutted at my stupidity!!:eek::eek::mad:

How close was it to the bulb? I don't think I directly charge my G-shock ever and it's still on high battery. And it's a radio controlled one too...

About an inch away. I haven't worn it in a month due to house move and retrieved it from the case today.
