Outlook Inbox not showing any messages either read or un-read when running Outlook co

Hi.
I am running Outlook on Samsung Galaxy A3 Android Phone connecting Outlook to my Hotmail account. 
Since last weekend when I use Outlook on the Phone, my inbox is not showing any messages (either read or unread) even though I have both in my inbox. 
The 'All messages' option is checked on in the filter dropdown option.  . 
When I launch Outlook on the Phone the messages in the inbox flash up for a second and then disappear leaving My inbox screen is blank save a thropy icon appearing on it with text 'All Done' 
When I select the 'Unread' messages option in the filter dropdown I can see unread messages and can read them/delete them etc.  However when I log into Outlook on PC Or laptop the messages are all appearing in the inbox  as read (even the ones I selected to delete)
Any thoughts what is wrong here or how I can fix them ?
I have forced outlook to stop and have cleared the cache and restarted the phone several times but this is still happening

I think I got this sorted.  I deleted my Account on the phone and readded it and seems to have sorted it out
