Damaged girder

I have a 3x2 double slatted hse build 91/92.i noticed today one of the girders moving when the bull was scratching against the barriers.it looks to be in poor condition at base the where it was bolted to concrete.any advice

Prop the roof, cut out 3-4 ft of bottom bit. Get a replacement piece with base plate and weld in and bolt down. Simple enough job.
