Baxi Solo 2 fan not starting

We have a Baxi Solo 2 in our apartment. These days when we want to turn it on the fan won't start, keeps clicking for minutes. It has a thermostat, timer and a pump on the system. It's on the way out? Or what can be done about it?

    Thank you!

The boiler is not necessarily on the way out, most likely it can be repaired however you will need a registered gas installed (RGI) to check it out. Full list of approved installers is here

I wonder it is normal? Once the thermostat calls for heat wouldn't have to start instantly?

Most of the times it starts as soon as turned on, this started happening lately. Even there were examples when it was clicking when running for a while, everything up to temp.

Needs to be looked at by a Registered Gas Installer, no information can be given about the appliance other than this as legally there is nothing you can work on for safety reasons.

    Thanks
