    Hi,

I'm applying for an Irish passport for my son who was born outside of Ireland. I'm an Irish citizen, born in the UK to Irish parents, and have an Irish passport. When I fill in section 3 of the passport application form, for 'Details of Parent born in Ireland', do I leave the field 'County of Birth' blank or put the name of the city in the UK where I was born?
