    Hi Folks

Does anyone know of a good hair supplement that will make hair grow?
My hair is shoulder length & I'd love it to grow longer.
    Thanks a mill 😊😊

Are you a man or woman? I've done some research on hair nourishment and the best natural product i've come across is blackstrap mollasses. It is supposed to be able to prevent hair going grey and also thickens hair. A google search will tell you all about it.

Hi OP look into Olaplex its not a hair supplement but a hair treatment that reconstructs the hair to repair damage. Hair can take a long time to grow if its damaged as the ends will keep breaking off, you can get it done in a salon, it only costs about 25 euro, its often used to repair bleached hair so its good.

Prenatal supplements are meant to be great for hair growth, not limited to the hair on your head though - lol

in Germany people say eating Haribo (because of the gelatine) makes nails and hair grow faster ;)
