Angry fries

I was in Cork a few weeks ago and had "Angry Fries" in Son Of A Bun, they were glorious. Im going to try to recreate them later. Hot sauce, butter and blue cheese seem to be the main ingredients, does anyone have any ideas of ratios ? TIA.
