P45s for 2015 not uploaded

We had a bookkeeper look after the payroll for last year. I am just looking through now and I see that they forgot to upload P45s for 2 former employees! How can I sort this out?

if the P35 for 2015 was filed with revenue this will have given all of the relevant information to revenue and there is no need to refile the P45s for 2015.
