Any idea if Notice period calculated by complete years of service or can include partial years too? I am with company 10years and 6 months and in the process of redundancy. From citizen information site it is stated: Between 2-5 years 2 weeks Between 5-10 years 4 weeks Between 10-15 years 6 weeks So can i push for 6 weeks…

I am with company 10years and 6 months and in the process of redundancy.

From citizen information site it is stated:
Between 2-5 years 2 weeks
Between 5-10 years 4 weeks
Between 10-15 years 6 weeks

So can i push for 6 weeks notice in my case?
