Mice in apartment

Just had the tenant in our apartment in touch demanding that we send 'someone around' straight away as she says there's mice in the apartment...

Is this our responsibility to address or should it be something to contact the management company about? The apartment is of modern construction of a supermarket which may be the source of the mice in the first place.

Not sure how to deal with this one. Every other issue thats come up (& theres been loads of trivial ones) we've dealt with straight away but I'm starting to think we're becoming a soft touch. Though if we have a responsibility to address I'd rather know & see what can be done.
